KK&P’s Partners and Senior Associates – arbitrators of the 32nd Vis Moot

During the four days of the international student competition in Vienna, the KK&P Partners Maxim Kulkov, Oleg Kolotilov and Nikolay Pokryshkin, as well as Senior Associates Alexandr Karlovskiy, Luiza Movsisyan and Nikita Chernyshenko, arbitrated 14 rounds.

Along with co-arbitrators from 15 countries, the firm’s partners and senior associates arbitrated the teams of 21 countries, including Zimbabwe, Estonia, China, Denmark, France, Slovenia, USA, Turkey, Georgia, Singapore, UAE, Ireland, Iran, Argentina, etc.

More than 390 teams, 2,500 students and 1,200 arbitrators from all over the world took part in the moot court in 2025.

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is one of the world’s most famous and reputable student moot courts in international commercial arbitration. The contest has been held every year since 1993 and hosts teams from all over the world.
