On 17 February, Maxim Kulkov will take part in the roundtable event on the most interesting and significant arbitration cases of 2020
KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will speak at the joint ICC UK and ICC Russia event – “Leading Arbitration Cases 2020: Different Perspectives” – in the frame of discussion the difference and commonality of Russian and Englishcourts on the recent hottest issues in international arbitration.
The first session’s discussion will revolve around the high-profile case of Halliburton v. Chubb, the aftermath of the environmental disaster that occurred in 2010, when the BP Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded, resulting in an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
