Senior Associate Vacancy at KK&P Trial Lawyers

KK&P Trial Lawyers – a law firm recognised by leading Russian and international legal directories including, Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, GAR 100, Pravo-300 and Kommersant – is looking to recruit Senior Associates to join its team.

Our firm represents major foreign banks and international financial institutions in complex and high-profile matters, including ING Bank, Société Générale, and leading US and German banks. We also act for Russian and international oil and gas, energy, and industrial companies.

Essential requirements

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience at leading Russian or international law firms;
  • Fluent and confident English-language skills at B2 level or above, including strong spoken English and the ability to contribute to the preparation of documents for foreign courts and arbitral tribunals;
  • Strong expertise in dispute resolution, insolvency, and international arbitration.
  • A degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University, HSE University, Kutafin Moscow State Law University, MGIMO University, the Russian School of Private Law, Saint Petersburg State University, or the Russian Foreign Trade Academy would be an advantage.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Drafting procedural documents and legal opinions in Russian and English;
  • Representing clients and advocating their positions at court hearings; and
  • Participating in project management.
