Maxim Kulkov to Speak at the ICC Russia Construction Summit 2026

On 8 September, KK&P Trial Lawyers’ Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will take part in the 4th Annual ICC Russia Construction Summit.

During the Summit’s closing session, Maxim will moderate Roundtable No. 6 entitled “Building a Profile in Construction Disputes: Pathways to Arbitral Tribunal and Dispute Board Appointments, inclusion on Rosters, Market Expectations and Selection Criteria “.

With more than 30 years’ experience representing clients in international arbitration proceedings under ICC, SCC, LCIA and ICAC Rules, as well as extensive experience acting as an arbitrator and expert witness, including in disputes involving construction, energy and infrastructure projects, Maxim will address key aspects of professional development in construction arbitration: how to position oneself for appointments, the selection criteria applied by arbitral institutions and parties, and the factors shaping market expectations of arbitrators and expert witnesses in construction disputes.
