Alexandr Karlovskiy to Speak at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) Knowledge Days

RIMA’s Knowledge Days are held in early September on the eve of the in-person rounds of the Professor V.P. Mozolin National Corporate Disputes Arbitration Moot Court. During the event, speakers deliver lectures on current issues of corporate law and corporate dispute arbitration.

On 9 September, KK&P Trial Lawyers Senior Associate Alexandr Karlovskiy will give a lecture entitled “Granting Interim Measures in Corporate Dispute Arbitration”. Alexander will discuss various procedural aspects of arbitral tribunals granting interim measures in corporate disputes – ranging from the types of interim measures and procedural peculiarities of their issuance to the specifics of their enforcement.
