Nikolay Pokryshkin to Speak at Forbes’ Federal Legal Forum

On 17 September, KK&P Trial Lawyers Partner Nikolay Pokryshkin will take part in the “Sanctions Wars and ‘Friendly’ Jurisdictions: Is the Enforceability of Judgments Gone for Good?” session at Forbes Federal Legal Forum 2026.

The session will focus on the challenges of cross-border dispute resolution and the enforcement of Russian court judgments abroad.

In his presentation, “Local Insolvency Proceedings against Foreign Debtors in Russia: A Lender’s Last Resort?”, Nikolay will highlight the key risks for Russian lenders that make this mechanism less attractive to them and, consequently, may create opportunities for foreign debtors to defend against such claims.
