Nikolay Pokryshkin Speaks at the Forbes Federal Legal Forum
On 17 September, KK&P Trial Lawyers Partner Nikolay Pokryshkin spoke at the Forbes Federal Legal Forum 2026 as part of the “Sanctions Wars and ‘Friendly’ Jurisdictions: Will the Enforceability of Judgments Ever Return?” session.
The session focused on current challenges in cross-border dispute resolution and the enforcement of Russian court judgments abroad.
Nikolay’s presentation, “Local Bankruptcy of Foreign Debtors in Russia: A Last-Resort Foul for Creditors?”, addressed Russian insolvency proceedings involving foreign companies. He examined the principal risks that make this mechanism less attractive to Russian creditors.
