Maxim Kulkov – Lecturer at the M-Logos Law Institute

On October 7 and 9, Maxim Kulkov, KK&P Trial Lawyers Managing Partner, will lecture for participants of the online course “Practical Issues of Preparing and Conducting Court Cases: Tactics and Strategy, Litigation Skills, Working with Evidence, and Procedural Law Matters.”

Maxim’s lecture, “Pre-Trial Work. Tactics and Strategy for Preparing and Conducting Court Proceedings,” covers:

• the specifics of pre-trial negotiations, prospects and tools for out-of-court dispute resolution;
• the elements of preparing for court proceedings: defining goals, methods and strategy, and preliminarily assessing the outcome and the merits of pursuing judicial protection;
• building tactics and strategy for the proceedings: identifying priority and secondary issues, choosing an argumentation and evidentiary scheme, preparing checklists, and assessing the merits of interim measures;
• methods for identifying the weakest points in opponent’s arguments and evidence.

The course is organized by the M-Logos Law Institute and is devoted to the practical aspects of handling court cases and the key tools for successful litigation.

Maxim Kulkov is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in litigation, regularly lectures at M-Logos on litigation and arbitration matters.
