Maxim Kulkov was one of the speakers of the Panel Discussion at the annual ICDR Y&I Seminar in Moscow. The Seminar “Resolving Small Claims Without Big Problems: Expedited Procedures in International Arbitration and Litigation” took place on Thursday, 17 September 2015 at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
The following experts also participated in the Seminar: Christopher Coffin (Withers, London), Kabir Duggal (Baker McKenzie, New York), Anna Kozmenko (Schellenberg Wittmer, Zurich), Kristoffer L?f (Mahheneimer Swartling, Stockholm), Miroslava Schierholz (International Centre for Dispute Resolution, New York), and Andrey Zelenin (Lidings, Moscow).
The Seminar was held in the format of an interactive panel discussion on the peculiarities of resolving small claims in international arbitration and litigation, where the speakers shared their practical experiences and insights.
The Seminar was held on the occasion of the ABA’s Seventh Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes which took place the following day, on 18 September 2015. The Seminar was supported by the ABA Section of International Law, CIS Arbitration Forum and the Russian Arbitration Association’s below 40 group (RAA40).
