Russia’s Investigative Committee (IC) is investigating one former and two current executives at T Plus, a major Russian energy owned by billionaire Viktor Vekselberg. The investigators claim the executives paid over 800 million roubles (US$12.3 million) to officials in the Komi region between 2007 and 2014.
