KK&P has once again been ranked high in The Legal 500 EMEA (2019) directory
The firm is listed among the best firms in the Russian market in the categories of Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Mediation (Tier 3), Dispute Resolution: Litigation (Tier 3) and Restructuring and Insolvency (Tier 4).
The Legal 500 EMEA 2019 notes that “the ‘very well-connected’ team at KK&P ‘knows the Russian disputes market inside and out’ and is ‘highly recommended for difficult mandates’”.
The rating indicates that the firm is “headed by ‘dedicated and highly experienced litigator’” Maxim Kulkov, “a big name in the industry”. Partner Oleg Kolotilov, “an accomplished and powerful advocate”, “is lauded for his ability to ‘offer clearly understandable and strategic solutions to the most complex questions’”.
In the Restructuring and Insolvency section, the directory singles out partner Nikolay Pokryshkin.
The Next Generation Lawyers category, which identifies the most promising professionals, notes that KK&P senior associate Dmitry Vlasov “is incredibly efficient and always adds value”.
