Maxim Kulkov took part in London International Disputes Week 2021
On 11 May, Maxim Kulkov, managing partner of KK&P Trial Lawyers, spoke at the “Latest trends and topics for Russian/CIS disputes in London” online roundtable on the “Effect of insolvencies/bankruptcies on proceedings”.
Maxim covered the issues of obstacles to the arbitration initiation at the different stages of bankruptcy and the peculiarities of the arbitration depending on which party of arbitration is insolvent.
