Kulkov, Kolotilov and Pokryshkin brand update

We are happy to announce that, from 2 March 2026, Kulkov, Kolotilov and Partners will be changing its full company title to Kulkov, Kolotilov and Pokryshkin.

However, the firm’s abbreviated title (KK&P), priorities and standards will remain unchanged.

The firms’ Partners have shared the following comments on the news:

Maxim Kulkov: This evolution reflects a long-standing reality: Nikolay Pokryshkin has been a partner in the firm since its founding and, over the past 11 years, many clients have come to associate our firm with his name.

Oleg Kolotilov: Adaptability and determination are the keys to the success of both the firm and Nikolay himself. The insolvency practice he established 10 years ago is now one of the most prominent on the Russian market for foreign clients. Over the years of our partnership, Nikolay has successfully applied his litigation expertise to banking and sanctions disputes, significantly strengthening the team’s overall position.

Nikolay Pokryshkin: I would like to thank all my colleagues for a long-shared journey filled with healthy competition, proactive support, and inspiring synergy. However, this is just the beginning.
