KK&P Trial Lawyers announces the appointment of three Counsel
Artem Antonov, Dmitry Vlasov and Dmitry Ilin, previously KK&P Senior Associates, have been promoted to Counsel.

For over 12 years, Artem Antonov, who specialises in sanctions consulting and insolvency cases, has represented clients in Russian courts and cross-border disputes. Artem is recommended by The Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Pravo-300 and Kommersant.
Together with Maxim Kulkov, Artem will lead the Sanctions practice. The practice has been recognised by the leading legal market directories, i.e., Pravo-300 (Band I), Kommersant (Band I), and the RAA Guide (Band I).
The firm’s experience includes more than 20 sanctions cases worth over $17bn in total. Some of these cases set the trends for the application of sanctions and counter-sanctions law.
Dmitry Vlasov specialises in international litigation and arbitration. Dmitry plays a key role in international litigation cases: practice traditionally achieves leading positions in the following legal directories: Pravo-300 (Band I), Kommersant (Band I), and the RAA Guide (Band I).
Dmitry Ilin supports complex transactions and has extensive experience defending clients in commercial and infrastructure disputes. Pravo-300 and Kommersant rank Dmitry in the International Commercial Arbitration practice.
Together with KK&P Partner Oleg Kolotilov, Dmitry will lead the Corporate and M&A practice. In 2023, the practice debuted in the Kommersant legal directory, being ranked in Band II for Corporate Law. M&A of International Assets: High-End.
In 2022, we supported transactions totalling almost $1.35bn. Some of these transactions have set precedents for buy-out management in the current Russian sanctions-related circumstances.
