KK&P Trial Lawyers announces Senior Associate appointments

Alexandr Karlovskiy, Luiza Movsisyan and Nikita Chernyshenko – previously KK&P Associates – have been promoted to Senior Associates.

Alexandr, Luiza and Nikita joined the firm in 2020–2021 as paralegals.

Alexandr Karlovskiy specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes in Russian state courts and international arbitration, and also represents Russian and foreign clients in complex asset sale and acquisition transactions, including preparation of share purchase agreements, options and corporate agreements. Alexandr’s experience also covers assistance in preparing expert reports for foreign state courts and arbitral institutions, including contract law, real estate, and tort law issues.

Luiza Movsisyan represents clients in commercial disputes in Russian courts and international commercial arbitration, and disputes on the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Russian and foreign courts. She has extensive experience in preparing expert reports on Russian law for foreign courts and arbitrations.

Nikita Chernyshenko specialises in commercial dispute resolution in Russian state courts, including cases dealing with sanctions and countersanctions. Nikita also advises clients on Russian sanctions regulations in international litigation. He also represents clients in insolvency cases, including subsidiary liability disputes and challenging transactions.
