KK&P Partners to participate in Dubai Arbitration Week 2025

We are pleased to announce that KK&P Partners Maxim Kulkov, Oleg Kolotilov and Nikolay Pokryshkin will participate in the Dubai Arbitration Week, which will be held from 10 to 14 November.

Our seminar – The Impact of Russian Cases on Assets and Proceedings in MENA and Western Countries – prepared jointly with Al Tamimi & Company, will be held on 13 November from 11.30am to 13.30pm (Dubai time) in person and online. Al Tamimi & Company Partners Igor Gorchakov and Rita Jaballah will also take part as a speaker.

On 10 November, Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will also speak at the Recent Developments in International Arbitration: England, Russia and the UAE.

Having extensive experience in international commercial arbitration as an arbitrator, expert, and counsel, Maxim will discuss current trends in the development of international arbitration in Russia.

The other speakers will be Khawar Qureshi KC (McNair International), Dr Habib Al-Mulla (Habib Al Mulla and Partners), Joseph Dyke (McNair International) and Dmitry Kuptsov (ALRUD Law Firm).

The seminar will be held in person in English from 8.30am to 10.30am (Dubai time).
