Pravo.ru–300 2023 ranking: KK&P Trial Lawyers has been named one of the top Russian firms for International Litigation for the fifth consecutive year
In 2023, KK&P Trial Lawyers became one of the nine best firms for International Litigation. This is the fifth consecutive year that the firm has ranked in Band I of this practice.
We have worked on court cases in almost 60 countries across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, including Autostore Technology AS v Ocado Group plc & Ors, which was one of the largest patent disputes of recent years, and the outcome of which largely depended on the expert report and testimony of the firm’s Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov in the High Court of England.
This year, the team also debuted in Corporate Law / M&A (High Market) and was ranked in Band III of this practice.
