On 1 December, Maxim Kulkov will speak at the RAA Law Firm Management Conference

KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will participate in a session entitled ‘Old’ and ‘New Players’ on the Legal Market and will discuss current issues relating to the transformation of the structure of the CIS legal market in the current circumstances.

Maxim will give a presentation entitled Legal Services in Foreign Jurisdictions: Enfant Terrible vs Access to Justice and will discuss the following questions with his colleagues in a live format:

• what changes have taken place in law firms over the last nine months?
• merger and division of law firms in the new market: is there anything to consider?
• foreign clients: is there a future?
• Terra incognita: international sanctions and local clients.

The other participants will be Andrey Gorodissky (Gorodissky and Partners), Vladislav Zabrodin (CLS), Alexei Zakharko (Dentos), Anna Kostyra (Legit) and Sergey Pepeliaev (Pepeliaev Group).

The conference will be held in the Marriott Novy Arbat Hotel (32 Novy Arbat Street, Moscow).

This year the RAA Law Firm Management Conference is being held after a two-year hiatus. The event will be attended by leading lawyers from Russian law firms who will examine the most topical issues of doing business in 2022 in open discussions.
