Maxim Kulkov spoke at the RAA Law Firm Management Conference

On 1 December, KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov participated in a session entitled ‘Old’ and ‘New’ Legal Market Players and spoke on issues relating to the transformation of the structure of the CIS legal market in the current circumstances.

Maxim gave a presentation entitled Legal Services in Foreign Jurisdictions: Enfant Terrible vs Access to Justice and spoke about the limitations faced by Russian individuals when working with foreign consultants. He also held a live discussion with colleagues on the merger and separation of law firms in the new market and work with local clients in the context of international sanctions.
