Maxim Kulkov spoke at LIDW 2026 seminar

KK&P Trial Lawyers Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov spoke at a London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2026 seminar organised by 4–5 Gray’s Inn Square and Barnes Law.

The session, entitled Extending Clauses, Excusing Performance, brought together leading arbitration and litigation practitioners to explore pressing issues in international dispute resolution.

Maxim Kulkov contributed to the Law v Reality – Regional Perspectives, Russia panel. His remarks focused on:

– Has the Lugovoy Law gone out of fashion and how do Russian claimants replace references to it?

– The increasing reliance on – and potential weaponisation of – force majeure to manage sanctions‑related consequences;

– Recent developments regarding the enforcement of Russian judgments abroad.
