Maxim Kulkov, KK&P’s managing partner, participated in the round table “TV shows and intellectual property: legal patchwork” held on March 11, 2016 at the Savoy Hotel, and was one of the speakers of the session II “Legal protection of formats: from particulats to generals”. Maxim spoke about the limits of legal protection of producers of phonograms and how to prove existence of related rights on phonograms.
