Maxim Kulkov, KK&P’s managing partner, participated in the 5th annual conference on International Dispute Resolution involving Russian and CIS Parties, held in London on 28-29 January 2016.

During the conference participants addressed practical issues faced by in-house counsel and their external legal advisers involved in cross-border disputes. Top practitioners presented their most recent experiences in resolving disputes and to discuss the particular issues associated with cases involving Russian and CIS companies.

At the conference Maxim spoke on asset recovery in Russian courts and acted as the moderator of the session on Latest Tools and Techniques for Investigating Cross-Border Fraud and Asset Recovery, covering such topics as:
