KK&P Trial Lawyers announces new lawyer appointments

Nataliya Dyganova, Alexandr Yakovlev and Anastasiya Khalyavina, previously KK&P junior associates, have been promoted to associates.

During their work as junior associates, these colleagues have established themselves as responsible employees, capable of taking on complex tasks and independently leading the firm’s projects ” – Maxim Kulkov, KK&P Managing Partner.

Nataliya, Alexandr and Anastasiya, having successfully completed their internships, joined the firm in 2022 as paralegals.

Nataliya Dyganova specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes, as well as in sanctions compliance and protecting the rights of sanctioned individuals/entities.

Alexandr Yakovlev specialises in resolving contract and corporate disputes, analysing and mitigating the risks of subsidiary liability, and identifying sanctions risks for companies and individuals.

Anastasiya Khalyavina specialises in commercial disputes in Russian state courts and arbitrations. Her professional interests include civil law and private international law. Anastasia is the co-author of seven alerts published in Practical Law.

The associates have worked with Goldman Sachs, Citibank, J.P.Morgan, The Bank of New York Mellon, Commerzbank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Bayerische Landesbank, ATAC (Groupe Auchan SA), RBC, and Modum-Trans.
