KK&P at the HSE Law Careers Day: meeting the next generation of disputes lawyers
On 24 April, KK&P Trial Lawyers took part in the annual HSE University Law Careers Day, which is one of the key recruitment and networking events for law students in Russia.
During the stand session, Senior Associate Alexander Yakovlev and Associate Angelina Salamatova spoke with students about careers in dispute resolution and international disputes, shared practical insights from cases, and answered questions about professional development in legal consulting.
The discussion focused on:
- how the international disputes practice is evolving and which skills are increasingly important for lawyers working on cross-border matters;
- career development in DR – from internships to case management;
- KK&P’s approach to teamwork, professional growth, and firm culture.
For many years, KK&P has invested in developing young legal talent through internships, mentoring, participation in university initiatives, and cooperation with leading law faculties.
We are particularly proud that talented young lawyers from the country’s leading universities continue to see KK&P as a place where they can work on sophisticated disputes, develop quickly, and learn directly from market-leading practitioners.
