The 2021 Inaugural SCC East-West Forum is organised by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the SCC). It is the first of a series of events devoted to East-West related dispute resolution.
The event aims to establish a discussion forum for practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Caucasus; to provide its participants with an update on topical issues, news and caselaw in each jurisdiction, as well as to give valuable insights into the career of an international arbitrator.
