On 26 March, Maxim Kulkov will be speaking at the RAA Arbitrage in Russia and Austria conference

KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will present the Changes in Russia’s Legislation on International Commercial Arbitration topic (16:40 – 17:00).

The key topics of this year’s conference are the latest updates on arbitration legislation in Russia and Austria, the Prague rules on evidence (based on an inquisitorial proceedings model) in international arbitration as an alternative to IBA Rules, and possibilities for dispute resolution between two Russian companies in arbitration abroad. The conference will help inform the participants as to how the new changes will influence foreign companies, including those from Austria, in carrying out their business in Russia.

The conference will take place from 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Room 7, Wiedner Hauptstrasse 63, 1045 Vienna, VIAC – Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
