On 23 April, Nikolay Pokryshkin will speak at the “Collecting Bad Debts. Throwing Good Money after Bad?” RAA conference

Nikolay Pokryshkin, partner and head of the insolvency practice at KK&P Trial Lawyers, will participate in the “Bankruptcy. Return of foreign assets for Russian companies’ panel where he will speak on ‘Key factors shaping strategy of recovery abroad”.

Nikolay will outline the key questions, responses to which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and directly affect the strategy for recovery of bankrupt Russian entities’ foreign assets. Nikolay will also name the main splits and choice factors.
