On 18 April, KK&P and its partners will be holding the Big Debt Recovery: Simultaneous Search, Asset Tracing and Criminal Enforcement in Russia and Abroad conference at the Metropol Hotel
On 18 April, KK&P, together with Legal Insight, CSI Group, Borenius, Feoktistov and Partners, NLF Group and Kobre & Kim, will be holding the Big Debt Recovery: Simultaneous Search, Asset Tracing and Criminal Enforcement in Russia and Abroad conference at the Metropol Hotel.
At the conference, KK&P partners Maxim Kulkov and Nikolai Pokryshkin will talk about parallel disputes on debt recovery in Russia and foreign jurisdictions (including: the UK, USA, Cyprus, and the BVI).
Partner Nikolai Pokryshkin, who leads the firm’s insolvency practice, will speak on the first panel discussion of the conference (Dealing with Large Debts in the Russian Federation) on the Risks of Foreign Assets Foreclosure Bypassing Russian Insolvency, and will reveal the methodology for preliminary assessment such projects’ feasibility.
KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov will take part in two panel discussions as: i) speaker at the second session: Civil and Criminal Law Instruments Abroad, where he will talk about the most pressing issues of the application of Russian law in foreign courts; and ii) moderator of the third session: What do we recover and what do we get?
The conference will be held at the Metropol Hotel in two languages (Russian and English) with simultaneous translation. Only heads of legal departments, and banks’ and large companies’ departments working with troubled assets, as well as those invited by special invitation, may participate in the conference. Participation is free, the number of places is limited.
