On 1 December Maxim Kulkov will cover the most important events in Russian dispute resolution practice of the past year

Maxim Kulkov, Managing Partner of KK&P Trial Lawyers, will consider the significant Russian legal practice events of 2020 at a roundtable discussion devoted to dispute resolution in Russia / the FSU.

As well as Maxim, the following participants will discuss the development of their jurisdictions: Nicola Boulton (partner, Byrne and Partners LLP, UK); Stavros Pavlou (Senior and Managing Partner, Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC, Cyprus), and Krystyna Khripkova (Senior Associate, Integrities, Ukraine).

During this virtual roundtable, the participants will also be placed into small groups to discuss professional experience, success stories and lifehacks in a tricky legal field.

The event is organised by Grant Thornton UK LLP, RPC and Monckton Chambers (UK) for representatives of the legal business in Russia/ the FSU, the UK, the Channel Islands, the BVI, and the Cayman Islands, and is dedicated to current issues of Russian legal practice.
