Maxim Kulkov to represent crucial details of Ukraine v Tatneft investment dispute for professional audience

On 8th of December Maxim Kulkov, Managing Partner of KK&P, is taking part in the IX Annual Conference of the American Bar Association (ABA) in Moscow – “The Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes”. Maxim is speaking in roundtable discussion “Property of the state? Enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards against states and state-owned entities”.
