Maxim Kulkov spoke in an open discussion on The Role of Experts in Commercial Arbitration in Russia
On 25 September, KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov took part in a discussion entitled The Role of Experts in Commercial Arbitration in Russia.
Along with his colleagues – leading consultants and heads of legal – Maxim discussed the importance of experts in international arbitration and conducted a comparative analysis of the role of expert reports in leading arbitration centres in Asia. Speakers also examined the criteria for selecting experts, analysed typical mistakes when engaging them, and discussed Dos and Don’ts for experts in arbitration proceedings.
Maxim has over 30 years of experience in international commercial arbitration as an Expert, Arbitrator and Tribunal Chairman, and as a Counsel involved in the selection and appointment of experts to prepare reports in support of clients.
