Maxim Kulkov participated in the conference «Russia as a Place for Dispute Resolution»
On 9 December 2015 Maxim Kulkov participated in the conference «Russia as a Place for Dispute Resolution». Maxim spoke on «Application of Arbitration Clause to Non-Signatory Parties» and discussed future trends respecting extension of effects of arbitration agreements. Maxim described possibilities of using provisions of substantive law to extend such effects (vicarious liability, joint and several liability, etc.) and provided case law on this issue. Moreover, during his presentation he also talked about consolidation of claims and conditions for such consolidation.
