Maxim Kulkov, KK&P Trial Lawyers Managing Partner, and Dmitry Vlasov, senior associate, co-authored the chapter on enforcement of investment treaty arbitration awards in Russia, together with Noah Rubins QC of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
