Our firm are now a legal adviser to the LLC RSBC Trade House project

Kulkov, Kolotilov & Partners are now the legal advisers to the LLC RSBC Trade House (ООО “Торговый дом “РСДС”) project for the creation of a regional segment of RSTrade (www.rstradehouse.com), an e-Commerce business for business electronic trade communication platform.  Other project partners include Rostec, the Russia-Singapore Business Council, KPMG, Russian Railways, Aeroflot, Sberbank and major Asian banks (OCBC Bank and Maybank) and arbitration and mediation centres (SICC and SIMC).

The main aim of the project is to promote Russian high-tech products on Asian markets by fully supporting the commissioning and execution of transactions using the trading facility’s resources.  The portal will provide its participants with the opportunity to perform trade and financial operations on the Russo-Asian market with Asian countries being able use the portal to cooperate in the same way with each other.

An outstanding feature of the portal is that it is not designed to provide one particular service to promote goods and trade but instead offers an integrated approach to facilitating cooperation between sellers and purchasers, from the publication of information regarding the product and screening the counterparty, to resolving issues of product bundling, the volumes and deadlines of deliveries, shipment terms and conditions, compliance with customs procedures, etc., as well as resolving possible legal issues arising during the transactions entered into using the platform.
