KK&P is pleased to announce the new appointment to its team. Effective May 4, 2016, Alexey Chernykh joined the firm as a trial lawyer

Alexey specializes in contract, finance and corporate disputes, protection of industrial property and disputes arising out of public sector investment agreements. He advises and represents clients in connection with proceedings before Russian state courts and international commercial arbitration institutions.

Before joining KK&P Alexey worked for Legal Capital Partners and Liniya Prava law firms. Alexey graduated from Moscow State Law Academy cum laude (2009) and also benefits from one-year private law studies in Jean Moulin University, France (2008). He is fluent in English and French.
