KK&P has once again achieved a high ranking in The Legal 500 EMEA (2018)

The firm has been listed among the best firms in the Russian market in the “Arbitration and Mediation” (Tier 3) and “Litigation” (Tier 4) categories.

Describing KK&P, The Legal 500 EMEA 2018 points out that the firm’s team has “an innovative mindset” and finds “creative solutions to difficult, high-stakes issues”.

The ranking notes that the firm, headed by the “approachable and pragmatic” Maxim Kulkov, represents clients across a wide range of international arbitration forums, including “acting for the Cabinet Ministers of the Ukraine in proceedings against an application by Tatneft for the enforcement of an arbitral award, a matter related to an interstate joint venture”.

The Legal 500 EMEA 2018 also adds that the firm’s partner Oleg Kolotilov “seamlessly combines local knowledge with an understanding of how European companies expect to litigate”.
