KK&P has been listed among the 12 best dispute resolution firms in Chambers Global 2018

The firm has been ranked Band III on the Russian legal services market in the international Chambers Global 2018 directory.

In lawyers individual rating KK&P’s Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov has been ranked Band 1 in Dispute Resolution: Domestic – Russia category and Band 3 in Dispute Resolution: International – Russia category.

Chambers Global 2018 points out that Maxim Kulkov “is a popular choice among international corporates for complex Russian litigation cases.” “He knows his stuff and he’s easy to deal with, he’s a terrific contact to have in Russia,” a source says, while another adds: “He possesses a lot of experience of hearings in arbitration courts, the gift of persuasion and the ability to communicate his position in an accessible way.” Chambers Global 2018 also notes that Maxim Kulkov “has experience in cross-border litigation, where he often acts as a Russian law expert.”

Chambers Global is one of the annual surveys of law firms over the world, identifying prominent players in the legal services market in several categories based on the firms’ clients’ satisfaction, analysis of the work handled by the firms, market feedback and assessment. The research is conducted by Chambers & Partners analyzing the legal services market since 1990 and yet covering 185 jurisdictions by 2018. Chambers Global 2018 recommends more than 17,000 ranked lawyers from over 4670 law firms around the world.
