KK&P associate Alexandra Chilikova is listed as an ICAC Case Reporter for international commercial disputes

Alexandra Chilikova specialises in international commercial arbitration and is involved in a number of the firm’s cases being considered in different international arbitral centres, such as the ICAC, the ICC, and the LCIA.

On 15 March 2018 Alexandra was listed by the ICAC Presidium as an ICAC Case Reporter for international commercial disputes.

According to Regulations on Organizational Principles of Activity of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, an ICAC Case Reporter “shall keep records of the hearings, sit in on closed-door sessions of the arbitral tribunal and carry out instructions of the arbitral tribunal related to arbitral proceedings”. Persons who have a degree in law shall be eligible for inclusion in the list of reporters and persons who, as a rule, are fluent in a foreign language shall be eligible for inclusion in the list of reporters for international commercial arbitration. Candidate selection and inclusion in the list of reporters are based on the results of an interview with ICAC Presidium members.
