Irina Martvel has joined KK&P as a senior lawyer
Irina has over 11 years’ experience in international and domestic law firms in the sphere of arbitration and litigation, representing clients in Russian state courts of all levels and in the ICAC under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Irina specialises in bankruptcy cases, as well as in resolving disputes arising out of international trade agreements and corporate disputes, and recognising and enforcing awards of international commercial arbitration institutions.
Prior to joining KK&P, Irina worked in several prestigious foreign and domestic law firms, i.e., Noerr, BBH and Andrey Gorodissky & Partners. Irina graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a red diploma (the Russian equivalent of first-class honours). She is fluent in English.
