Chambers Europe 2020 has recognised KK&P as one of the top three Russian law firms in the Dispute Resolution: Domestic High-End in Russia and Restructuring/Insolvency: Litigation in Russia categories

KK&P’s position in Chambers Europe 2020’s Restructuring/Insolvency: Litigation in Russia category has been upgraded to Band 2, and is, therefore, now among the top three Russian firms in the category. The ranking indicates that the firm is “highly visible in bankruptcy and insolvency matters” and, according to one of its clients, is distinguished by its “thorough planning of strategy and tactics” for trial proceedings. Many clients emphasise the firm’s cost-oriented approach with regard to the structuring of its conduct in disputes while protecting the interests of clients in the courts. According to another client, the firm’s team stands out thanks to “meticulous attention to detail of every single document and piece of evidence.”

As previously, KK&P has been named among the top three law firms for resolution of the most complex disputes in Russia (Dispute Resolution: Domestic High-End – Russia, Band 2). The directory also lists the firm as one of the two leading Russian firms in the field of cross-border dispute resolution. “They are clear, concise and very to the point”, Chambers Europe 2020.

In individual lawyer rankings, KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov, “one of the top litigators in Russia”, is ranked as a Band 1 lawyer in the Dispute Resolution: Domestic High-End in Russia category and as a Top-10 Lawyer in Dispute Resolution: International in Russia. According to the directory, “Maxim is very knowledgeable and practical” and he “is also very good at understanding the commercial issues of a dispute.”

In the Chambers Global 2020 survey, KK&P was listed as one of the top three Russian law firms in the field of dispute resolution. As previously, KK&P Managing Partner Maxim Kulkov is featured in Band 1 for Dispute Resolution: Domestic in Russia and Band 3 for Dispute Resolution: International in Russia.
