Recently Maxim Kulkov has been appointed as an arbitrator in a dispute between an Italian manufacturer and a Russian buyer of its products. The dispute is arbitrated in Stockholm under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
