31 billion roubles (app. 500 mln USD) has been included in the register of claims against BINBANK Group debtors under a complex project

For 2016, 31 billion roubles (app. 500 mln USD) has been included in the register of claims against BINBANK Group debtors under a complex project thanks to the efforts of Kulkov, Kolotilov & Partners.  According to KK&P Partner, Nikolay Pokryshkin, ‘the matter concerns joint and several, and unsubordinated obligations amounting to 7 billion roubles.  The majority of the debtors are about to undergo bankruptcy procedures and now the most active stage of the project is commencing – challenging the share dissipation transactions (the arrangements are creative but they have weaknesses) as well as the criminal law prosecutions of beneficiaries, executors and nominal shareholders.’
