About the practice:

We have very extensive experience in conducting internal investigations for companies, including pre- and post- M&A investigations, and investigations triggered by internal reports, media reports and requests by government agencies.

We advise clients on the following issues:

  • internal investigation issues (for example, fraud, corruption and theft)
  • external investigations by regulators (for example, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Financial Monitoring Service, the Consumer Protection Monitoring Service, the prosecutor’s office and the police)
  • investigations initiated by foreign regulators (for example, the US Department of Justice, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the UK’s Serious Fraud Office and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF)).
